In this Facilitation Skills Workshop, participants will learn facilitation skills and techniques to encourage and support a group of people to achieve their goal or objectives. It will equip consultants with the skills to enable them to improve analysis and gain buy-in. It will equip them with the tools to work with groups at any level to help them achieve an outcome and increase their credibility and confidence as a trusted partner This workshop will give participants an understanding of what facilitation is all about, as well as some tools that they can
use to facilitate meetings. A strong understating of how a facilitator can command a room and dictate the pace of a meeting will have your participants on the road to becoming great facilitators themselves.

The course includes the provision of an electronic training manual and quick reference sheets for all delegates.
